Do not set ridiculous targets, as it will further create a sense of panic among your team members. Your team members should know what they are striving for on a regular basis. If members have a clear vision of the target that you are setting, then it becomes for them to achieve it.

When a lot of people are working in your team, workload management can be a bit of an issue. Since you are a team leader, your job must delegate the work pressure evenly amongst your team members.

Oftentimes there are a lot of Internal conflicts in a team; as a team leader, you should put an end to all the internal issues. More often than not, these issues do not resolve themselves. So as a manager, you need to step in, have a discussion and resolve the issue.
