Ice cubes
1 cup of soy or almond milk
1 cup of each, frozen – bananas, strawberries, raspberries, grapes
1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)
½ cup walnuts (optional)
One tbsp. of cannabis-infused oil
1 tsp of hemp protein

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Zesty Vegan Fettuccine Alfredo

This regular dinner meal is a vegan delight with spices that will warm up your insides. Items needed are:

12 ounces of egg-free fettuccine pasta
1 cup canna-milk
1 cup of unsweetened non-dairy (either soy, almond, or coconut)
4 ounces of non-dairy cream cheese
1-2 teaspoons of lemon zest
3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
3 tablespoons of sliced and blanched almonds
1-2 tablespoons of cannabis oil
½ cup of chopped fresh parsley
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to the box directions. While pasta cooks, add all ingredients except the last four to a blender and blend until smooth. When smooth, pour into a skillet and cook over medium heat until bubbly. Add the last four ingredients. Drain pasta when it is done and add to the creamy mixture. Stir to coat the pasta well. Serve hot.

Spicy Vegan Guacamole

Guacamole always hits the spots and brings a party to life. This guacamole is easy to make and is full of flavor. Items needed are:

4 peeled and pitted ripe avocados
1 large diced onion
5 cups of chopped green onion
5 cups of chopped cherry tomatoes
2 limes – juiced
1 jalapeno pepper
2 cloves of garlic
Sea salt to taste
1-ounce cannabis-infused oil

Place all the ingredients in a blender except the salt. Blend until smooth. Add salt to taste. Place the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving with tortilla chips.

Peanut Butter Fudge

This amazing vegan dessert will have non-vegan eaters wanting a taste. To make this delectable fudge, you need:

1 cup cannabis coconut oil
3 ½ cups of powdered sugar
1 cup of peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Grease a baking dish with mild oil (canola or vegetable oil). Melt cannabis oil over low heat in a saucepan. Mix in powdered sugar, then cocoa, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate for an hour and then cut into small pieces.

Vegan-Canna Vegetable Soup

This recipe is great for a stick-to-your-ribs-meal that will leave you feeling good. Great for a “clean your refrigerator” kind of evening”.

1 tbsp. of olive oil
1 large leek, onion, celery, and carrot (diced)
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp. of canna oil
1 tsp vinegar
¾ cups of red wine
1 can diced tomatoes
4 cups of vegetable stock
½ small head of green cabbage – sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Add oil to a large stockpot. Once heated, add onion, celery, carrots, and leeks. Sautee until tender. Add all other ingredients and cook until all vegetables are tender – about 1 hour.
