Helal Adham Gamil Helal is also known as Helal Jr. had born in Cairo on 19 December 1995. He is an offspring of his father, Adham Helal, and mother, Rania Helal. Helal Jr. is an Egyptian Boxing Conqueror and an accomplished cage fighter. His career began when he was 12 years, and 2007 started practicing kickboxing. He continued this for another three years and then switched on to MMA or Mixed Martial Arts, which was introduced in Egypt in 2010. Helal and his cousin Ali Younis were successful in bringing on a considerable scale to the individuals in Cairo. They began to take part in Underground fights there in Cairo till EFC or the Egyptian Fighting Championship emerged in Egypt and made some decisions together to take on the game to the next level and thus continue it professionally.

Helal Jr. advanced to Bristol, the UK, in 2015 to acquire knowledge on Product Design and Engineering from UWE Bristol. He even increased his talent in MMA by joining the Impact Gym in Bristol. In an unforeseen turn of circumstance, Helal’s beloved brother, best friend, mentor, and guide encountered a motorcycle accident and thus passed away in 2016 in Dubai. His desire to introduce martial arts in the world got cemented after the sudden death of his cousin. Helal has been inspired a lot all these years by Younis, and so he still makes use of his cousin as a factor of motivation for future accomplishments.
After Helal Jr. recovered from his beloved brother’s loss, he redirected his plan of action to travel to Malaysia to complete his further education from Asia Pacific University. Now Helal takes part in Asian fighting championship games to represent his home place Egypt as the real patriot.

Helal Jr. has one sister known as Amina Helal, and he got married to Nour Rahman on 22 February 2020. Helal can speak three languages, namely Arabic, English, and French. Like all others, Helal even has his recreation activities like listening to music, car racing, sketching, and hiking. He has also excelled in product designing, cooking, and video editing. which was introduced in Egypt in 2010.
