If you shut all the lights at night that can be a possible solution for your baby to take a comfortable sleep but for some people shutting all the lights cannot be a great option but you have to do it for the baby because the baby eyes are reflecting with the light and it could be the cause that the baby is not sleeping.

As you can see when we are falling to sleep we also irritate and get anxious as for babies this is the same as us so before bedtime, you should take steps to keep your baby happy, safe, secure and loved so your baby can have a comfortable sleep.

  1. If your baby doesn’t seem to be sleepy at bedtime do not force it

If you are forcing your baby to sleep that can be a major problem. Instead of sleeping your baby will become more excited and you do not want you baby to be involved in a conflict at bedtime that can be a serious problem so if your baby is not sleeping do not push it to go to sleep just relax and stay calm after a time it will eventually go to sleep.
