Not having proper sleep

It doesn’t matter how fit and stable you are, a lack of proper rest and sleep leads to true wellness. There is a high risk of heart attack and stroke if you don’t get enough sleep. It can also have a major impact on your way of life.

Your body’s signals can also be delayed, reducing your balance and increasing your risk of mishaps.

Tip: Establish a daily nap time, build a sleep schedule, and stick to it.

Keeping away from exercise

Heart disorders and a progressive slowing in brain function are caused by not getting enough exercise. Obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes are only a few of the dangerous and unhealthy diseases that can result from it.

Limiting your movement activities can weaken muscles, increase joint difficulty, and affect your postures, but latency is also a common cause of joint pain.
