  • Maintain a healthy weight. If you are having overweight, it increases the risk of diabetes. As diabetes increase the risk of getting diabetic retinopathy or glaucoma.
  • Get regular exercise. We all know that exercise may help to get rid of or control diabetes, reduce high cholesterol level and high blood pressure because all of these diseases can cause some eye or vision problems. Thus, if you are exercising regularly, there will be a lower risk of getting eye and vision problems.
