Natural remedies that burn fat

image 4Dear ladies and gents, first thing I am obliged to tell you is that there is no way to burn fat unless you are fully committed to actually doing so. Weight-loss little helpers are of course a great way to start your body going but know that the old “no pain, no gain” is actually true. Yet, thanks to our dear Mother Nature, we’ve got some amazing plants and vegetables that actually get our body going and stimulate fat burning. Here are these natural remedies you can count on helping your fat melt:

  1. Citrus fruits

A lemonade made with a whole lemon and a glass of warm water, drank in the morning after you wake up will stimulate the liver and help digestion. It’s best if you don’t use any sweetener – that way you are speeding up fat burning process.

Apart from lemon, you’ll find vitamin C in oranges, tomatoes, sweet lime etc. These can be consumed in large amounts and it’s a well know fact that vitamin C is not only efficient in burning the extra fat but as well in eliminating them out off the body.

  1. Eat slowly

When chewing slowly and more than usual, you are allowing salivary enzymes to accrue. Digestion begins in the mouth so the more you chew and the smaller bites you take the better. Plus, when you eat slower, your body gets the chance to get connected with your brain so it actually receives the information when it’s not hungry any more. Plus, try not to eat out and completely avoid fried foods. Also, try not to eat in front of the TV as studies have shown that we eat more when we don’t eat at the table.

  1. Eat spicy foods

Most spicy foods like chillies contain capsaicin that helps in increasing the rate of metabolism. This helps burning the fat from our body. Don’t ever eat spicy foods though as they are not particularly well on the digestive system in the long run.image 3

  1. Drink a lot of fluids

Drinking a lot of fluids throughout the day will not only keep your skin healthy but will start your digestive system, fat burning and get your kidneys going. Although, when we say “fluids” we don’t mean sodas, alcohol and such. We mean water – and a lot of it! Drink approximately 3 to 4 liters per day. Always have a bottle of water with you. Also, try to drink green tea at least twice a day and you can opt for a weight loss tea of your choice. Offers of these types of teas are many, so be careful which brand you can actually trust.

Don’t consume any soda drinks and/or alcohol.

  1. Avoid food additives

With food additives, things don’t end in a point where you can gain weight from them. Much more serious consequences can emerge from their consumption. Artificial sweeteners cause neurological damage, even brain cancer. So, steer clear from these!

  1. Include workout

You probably get mad whenever anyone suggests a workout because, if you wanted to workout, you’d be in a gym at this point, not reading how to get rid of the fat in a more easy way. Still, at least give it some thought – start with light exercises, once or twice a week and then move to three times. In case you don’t want to go to the gym, workout at home. There are a bunch of helpful YouTube videos you can count on. Also, walk from home to work (if possible), make cleaning your house a workout, go for walks… This will help more than you know!

  1. Snack healthy

Instead of watching your favorite TV show with a bag of chips, snack on something healthy, like carrots or nuts. If you opt for nuts, be careful – usually, no more than a handful is recommended yet they are all so tasty that you can rarely help but eat the whole bag.

  1. Omega-3

Omega-3 is insanely important during the fat burning process. Even during states of fasting its consumption is required because it can help burn more fat. Omega-3 fatty acids help burn fat in a way that – by taking fats with your meals you’re lowering the glycemic load of the meal. This means that all that insulin spike that comes with food won’t have such a damaging effect on your figure nor it will be as high because fats help lower it. But, don’t take Omega-3 unless you’ve consulted with your doctor and/or your personal trainer first!

Losing weight is a true nightmare and we all know it. No matter how helpful all the natural remedies are, you can’t expect fat to burn off while you are just sitting on the sofa. Get moving! You are already gorgeous – all you got to do is pump it up just a bit!
