Training
Your inspection team need to have proper training; you need to ensure that the quality inspectors of your company are well trained. You need to talk with them and need to work with them to understand how they work. They will certainly work in a situation when things are not perfect 100%. You need to ask what decision they can make and when need to contact the purchaser. Spend time with the inspectors and hand over the complete list of requirements. When you are completely confident that they can do it on behalf of you, let them complete it just. You need to keep eyes on the inspectors and keep in touch always with them to ensure that the inspectors are working as per your guideline and fulfilling all your requirements.
