Tips to Natural Face Rejuvenation

images (2)It is no secret we all want our skin to stay elastic and young as long as possible. This can easily be accomplished through plastic surgery and various cosmetic treatments, yet if you are no fan of artificial methods and you’d rather go for natural remedies, this is what you should start implementing in your every-day life in order to have your face sparkly, youthful and alive!

1. Hydrate

Hydration is one of the most important aspects of our overall health, and that includes face health too.

Without drinking enough water your skin has no chance at gaining and maintaining elasticity and suppleness. So, stay hydrated! It’s recommended to have at least 8 glasses a day (naturally, if you are a fan of water, you can go with up to 4, 5 liters a day). Plus, don’t drink sugary and carbonated drinks, they are harmful for both your skin and your figure! Also, drink tea, preferably green, with no sugar or honey.

2. Makeup

Naturally, the first thing anyone would advise regarding makeup is to avoid it as much as possible. Still, we all know that for a business woman, work-driven individual, looking sharp and acting professional is just something that’s understood. Therefore, the second best advice when it comes to makeup is to be careful about the type and brand of makeup you are using. Nowadays, you can have your skin type tested, and therefore consult a dermatologist on the type of foundation, blush, eye shadows, etc best fits your skin type. Also, go for a type that you won’t have to reapply constantly.

3. Skin moisturizer

A good skin moisturizer with added vitamin A,C, and E is just the think you need to keep your skin healthy. This combination will help block the penetration of environmental pollutants and keep the skin soft, healthy and nurtured. It would be great if you could consult with your dermatologist on the type of moisturizer you should use.

4. Acne problem

It is difficult to keep regular face hygiene when you are dealing with acne and pimples. They are usually come in package with oily skin and face spots. There are many ways to deal with this common skin problem – green clay masks, lemon juice, regular diet and other natural remedies. But if you are dealing with acne scars the best way is to visit a doctor and consider laser acne treatment. It is a new and effective way to make your skin spotless and rejuvenate.image1 (2)

5. Exercise

Exercising isn’t only great for your body and mind, but your skin, too! You can opt for any sort of sport that you feel comfortable with, but we suggest you go for a training such as aerobics, tae-boo, boxing and similar, anything active that can  activate the skin and improve circulation and blood flow. Working out triggers production of sebum. Sebum is  skin’s own natural moisturizer so you’ll see that soon enough, you’ll see all pimples going away and your skin getting that wonderful natural glow.

6. Reduce stress

Advising you to reduce stress must be one of the stupidest (pardon me) advice you can guess. Nobody is willingly under stress, and that’s understood. The lives we live come with various stressful situations we have to deal with on daily basis and there’s nothing we can do about it except deal with the ongoing situations.

But, you need to know that stress messes up your entire organism. Everybody reacts differently to it and different parts of the body suffer, depending on the person’s personality. Yet, no matter how one expresses stress or how he/she deals with it, you need to know that stress creates internal inflammation (prematurely aged skin, causing wrinkles and lines), it impairs lipid barrier function (dehydrated, dull dry skin),  increases sensitivity or  irritates skin (itching, redness, hives. Long-term effects could lead to eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea) not to mention all other side-effects it has: insomnia, weight gain/loosing weight unwillingly, genital problems (in women), hair loss, etc.

That being said, our advice is to find a way to eliminate stress as much as possible through exercising, meditation, setting a day or two in a week for just you and things that relax you. If you are super organised, you can set couple of hours a day that relax you and they will be enough to restore the much needed balance your body and skin crave.

Keeping things under control in life is really hard. Managing to balance everything is even harder. That much stress, work, lack of sleep, etc. is sure to have an impact. Sure, we will all try natural remedies. But, it’s a ray of hope to know that, even if we fail to achieve the much needed natural balance, we can turn to laser skin rejuvenation treatments that will do wonders for the skin.
