Winter is a boon to us. The sweet sunshine attracts more than anything. We wait for the sun to be bright and warm us. No perspiration, no body odor and a feeling of freshness all through the day. Those who carry on workout sessions, feel at ease. Jogging or a brisk walk in the morning also warms up. The fog in the atmosphere soothes and hydrates the skin making you glow with the goodness of nature. Moreover, it keeps you going efficiently whole day long by improving your efficiency. When the freshness of body and mind work together, you become coherent. This coherence comes when you consistently strive for it. You become more responsible towards you and others. The utmost care where and how much you need to pay becomes clearly understood by you.
Then comes the skin and hair care in winter. Drink plenty of water as the first and foremost remedy for skin and hair. Drink more water in empty stomach, especially in the morning just after you wake up. And in the evening, drink more water after 3 to 4 hours of your lunch. 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day in wondrous for your overall health. The result you see in your hair and skin first. All the internal organs function smoothly and orderly.
A proper or a balanced diet is equally important to your body. Have lot of fruit and veggies that are gifts of season to us. Dull skin, frizzy and tangled hairs get the right tonic. Pollution is the main cause for the damages done. Our mother nature provides us in abundance that are all need of the time. So loving the nature, in return gives love in abundance. Planting trees is in fact giving a boon to mankind. If you have trees surrounding your house, you are naturally blessed. It will purify the dirt and toxins in the air providing you healthy air to breathe. If you have a flower garden with blooming flowers, your heart gladdens looking at them. You naturally start feeling good and optimistic towards life. It enhances the beauty of your home keeping you filled with love and compassion. Most of your illnesses are set aside when you become a nature lover. Plants have high amount of love and positivity within them. They help in drawing out negativity from home and spread positivity all around. Your love vibrations also help in growing them well. Plants like Basil (tulsi, a sacred plant) is revered by Hindus as goddess, that spreads peace and prosperity. A snake plant is another such that is also meant to spread a good deal of positivity and suck out toxins from your family, that are really bothering you. Water the plants daily with sufficient water, gently with love.
Fruit like oranges, cucumber and star fruit are all juicy fruit that fill you with enough fluid in the body. Nuts of all types provide you with goodness of fats and proteins required by your skin, hair and health equally. Wake up early in the morning around 5 O’clock, meditate, take a walk, jog and you are all done and charged for the whole day.
