  • Pressure: When selecting a hydraulic pressure transducer, keeping the pressure range in mind is very important and crucial. It is one factor that plays a very important role in the well functioning of the transducer. Two things you should definitely keep in mind are the instrument’s accuracy and its capability of taking overpressure. The accuracy should be low so that there is not even a minimum error. You should be able to isolate and make sure that you are able to pressure test and start up the instrument without any failure and in isolation if needed.
  • Corrosion Protection: It is important that you consider corrosive liquid or corrosive materials coming in contact. This could be prevented if you carefully install your hydraulic pressure transducer by selecting corrosion-resistant materials and coatings. If necessary, you could also use chemical seals to provide it with more guard. The housing should be taken care of as well.
