5 States with the Best New Homes

You don’t want a house that has been lived in for fifty plus years. You don’t want a fixer upper that will require hours of hard work and strangers fixing your house. It’s understandable, you have been around the housing situation and you know what you want. A new home that has a great air conditioning unit and is modern and sleek. Or maybe you just need a change of scenery and want something new that is a little smaller but just as stylish and minimalistic. There is nothing wrong with knowing what you want and here are some states on where to live that aline with your dream house goals.

 

Below are five states that have new houses that are beautiful and unique.

 

Texas

Texas has had a booming real estate market and it’s all thanks to the good economy and job market. Central Texas has seen a steady 3 percent increase in job growth over the past several years and is likely to continue into next year. This makes Texas a great place for new homes and the real estate market. Austin, Texas is may be the hardest city to get a house in central Texas but it isn’t impossible to get a house. There are a lot of affordable new homes Austin has to offer in the 300k range. These houses fit in with the landscape and use nice neutral colors that are too bright or loud.  

 

South Carolina

As we move to the other side of the country, we come to the state known for its peaches and producing. This state is filled with manufacturer and other industrial jobs that make this place a good place for new homes. Tega Cay is a suburb area that is growing and is a great place to get a new house. Five Forks, Golden Grove and Irma are also notable towns that are good places to get a new house. This state is another state that has a lot of outdoor activities and is a great supporter of seafaring activities.

 

Massachusetts

This state is another great state that is starting to see a good amount of new homes within the state. Eastern Massachusetts has new homes within great neighborhoods that are perfect for families and small families who are hoping to grow. A large majority of the housing being built are individual homes and larger condominiums. This may not fit what you are looking for so it is best to check out what homes are available before moving to this state.

 

Colorado

This state may be an outdoor adventurer’s dream come true. There are so many activities and the scenery is breathtaking, so it makes sense why you would want to settle down in such a beautiful state. The Denver, Colorado area has a lot of new homes that range in the 500k area. These houses are gorgeous and are great for families looking to settle down into something permanent. If you need something that is cheaper you can look around in the countryside of the state without the hassle of the big city.

 

California

When you first think of California, you may think of the San Francisco housing crisis or the expense condos in Hollywood. But, California is a large state and is sure to have new homes that will fit nicely with your budget. There are a bunch of activities that are great for any outdoors going person. There are the nice hikes and Redwood forests to the great waves of Malibu and surfing. If you have always dreamed of living in the state of California but don’t want to live in a big city with a super expensive house, smaller cities and lesser known areas may be the perfect place for you.
