Texas
Texas has had a booming real estate market and it’s all thanks to the good economy and job market. Central Texas has seen a steady 3 percent increase in job growth over the past several years and is likely to continue into next year. This makes Texas a great place for new homes and the real estate market. Austin, Texas is may be the hardest city to get a house in central Texas but it isn’t impossible to get a house. There are a lot of affordable new homes Austin has to offer in the 300k range. These houses fit in with the landscape and use nice neutral colors that are too bright or loud.
South Carolina
As we move to the other side of the country, we come to the state known for its peaches and producing. This state is filled with manufacturer and other industrial jobs that make this place a good place for new homes. Tega Cay is a suburb area that is growing and is a great place to get a new house. Five Forks, Golden Grove and Irma are also notable towns that are good places to get a new house. This state is another state that has a lot of outdoor activities and is a great supporter of seafaring activities.
Massachusetts
This state is another great state that is starting to see a good amount of new homes within the state. Eastern Massachusetts has new homes within great neighborhoods that are perfect for families and small families who are hoping to grow. A large majority of the housing being built are individual homes and larger condominiums. Colorado
This state may be an outdoor adventurer’s dream come true. There are so many activities and the scenery is breathtaking, so it makes sense why you would want to settle down in such a beautiful state. If you need something that is cheaper you can look around in the countryside of the state without the hassle of the big city.
California
When you first think of California, you may think of the San Francisco housing crisis or the expense condos in Hollywood.
