While at the Gulf Pier, you can take a tour around the fort and check out the cannon built during the Spanish American War. You can rent a bicycle from the beach vendor and ride along the nature trails.

2. Kamaole Beach Park 3

Kamaole Beach Park 3 is a sandy beach located in Kihei, Maui. It is a great beach for snorkeling, swimming, and basking under the sun. It has some nice waves so you can perform boogie boarding. Lifeguards are on duty regularly. You may encounter a lot of rocks while wading in the water. There are plenty of restrooms, a shower area, and a big parking lot. If you go swimming within 100ft from the seashore, you will be able to see a lot of sea turtles. There are a lot of vendors selling food on their trucks within walking distance from the beach.

3. Palolem Beach

Palolem Beach is a crescent shape beach that spans more than 1.6 km in Chaudi, South Goa, India. There are many shacks on the shore that are occupied by the local fishermen. Lots of rocks can be seen at both ends of the beach. The northern end has the shallowest water at least strong currents so it is the safest to swim here. During winter, the beach will be filled with foreigners. While strolling along the seashore, you will keep encountering starfish, and shells. Dogs are allowed on the beach and you can rent kayak/boat to explore the ocean. There are also cows that roam around the beach from time to time.

4. Kuta Beach

Kuta Beach is located in the western part of Bali in Indonesia. It is within walking distance to other hotels within proximity including Tuban, and Legian. The beach used to be a fishing village before it was developed as a tourist destination. The beach is frequently crowded with people during the peak season between July – August.
